Refund Policy

At KidsNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

If the original packaging is missing or the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to cover any loss in value and the cost of replacement packaging.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.

After this period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled if it has already been processed or shipped.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hygiene products where the protective seal has been broken

  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • All original labels and packaging must be intact.

  • The product may only have been handled to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If the product shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KidsNest cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned item has been received.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a $35 fee will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs.

This is not considered a standard return.

Warranty & Defective Products

Claims regarding defective products are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or insufficient maintenance

  • Modifications made to the product

If your claim is approved, KidsNest may, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Full refund

We reserve the right to attempt to repair or replace the product before issuing a refund.

Shipping Damage

Any visible shipping damage should be reported immediately upon delivery.

Hidden damage should be reported as soon as possible, together with photos and a description of the damage.

Limitation of Liability

KidsNest is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as successfully delivered

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
