Shipping Policy

At KidsNest, we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method based on the size of your order, inventory availability, and delivery destination.

Payment & Verification

Payment is charged when your order is placed and may be subject to automatic security and fraud checks.

If we suspect fraudulent activity or irregularities, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification

  • Delay the processing of your order

  • Cancel your order

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • KidsNest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery & Responsibility

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the provided delivery address.

A shipment is considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier marks it as delivered.

KidsNest is not responsible for packages that have been correctly delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once a package has been marked as delivered, the customer is responsible for any further claims with the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist whenever possible.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe will be returned to us.

A $35 fee will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs.

This is not considered a standard return.

Split Shipments

We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple packages at no additional cost to you.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Force Majeure

KidsNest shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government actions or regulations

  • Technical failures
